If you&#8217;ve seen value in my content, please give a thumbs-up as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On this channel, I will share everything related to achieving financial freedom in five years, including how to make money online, how to save money for your future, How to live a happy and abundant life and share the success mindset along with powerful methods you can implement into your life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Without further ado, let&#8217;s dive in.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>I have stopped buying unhealthy or processed foods from Costco<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I have reduced trips to Costco only to buying a few things, such as fruits, some vegetables, and toil paper. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I no longer buy pre-made or processed foods. I buy real food with whole ingredients. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not only is it good from a healthy standpoint, but it\u2019s also great for saving money.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you buy packaged foods, you are most likely buying processed foods. You can&#8217;t control what ingredients they put inside the food, the amount of sugar, type of oil, preservatives, and many more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you read some of the labels on the packages, you will find some pretty interesting names on them. I am not a nutritionist nor am I a chemist. I do not understand the names or the possible effects it could have on my family\u2018s health. The easy way to do this is to stop buying them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Processed foods also are expensive! If you think Costco\u2019s prices are the best, you have to think again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don&#8217;t get me wrong, I love Costco. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But you have to pay attention to what you are buying. You cannot assume that the food industry and factories are putting your best interests in their minds at all times. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have to do your homework.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are convenient but at the same time, you have to pay double or triple the price and one of the costs may be your health. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you can cook your food from scratch with basic ingredients, you can save lots of money every month and ensure that you feed both yourself and your family real and nutritious food. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You&#8217;re basically killing two birds with one stone. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Groceries I buy from Costco are fruits and a few types of vegetables.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I make fruit smoothies every morning. I need a large amount of fruit. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I buy most of my vegetables and seafood from Asian supermarkets. Compare a few of them and find your favorite one.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><em><strong> I have stopped buying paper towels altogether<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I used to love using paper towels. It was super convenient and easy to use until I found out how much money was being spent on them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average American spends almost $5,000 on products that are thrown away every year, including trash bags, paper towels, and napkins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average American family would have spent $700 on paper towels and paper napkins alone. You can instead put that $700 into your investment account to help build wealth for your future.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><em><strong> I have stopped buying branded and fashionable clothes and handbags<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ask yourself this question: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you want to look rich, or be rich?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I chose the second one because I have realized that dressing up for others or for social media was costing my financial freedom. It is also exhausting to keep up with trends all the time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A $20 handbag Versus a $500 handbag provides the same function for me. Holding my car keys, wallet, selfie stick, napkins, lipstick, and snacks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The luxury product designers have created these illusions for us that only when we wear their clothes and use their handbags, we can have feelings of happiness and fulfillment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are lies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The truth is that only you can decide what you think or feel. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you believe lies, you will fall into their traps. If you tell yourself the truth, you will become confident and happy, no matter what you wear and use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Five-Minute-Rule-Greatness-Improvement\/dp\/B08R6RBD91\/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&amp;qid=1636756105&amp;sr=8-1\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Amazon Bestselling Book: Five Minute Rule To Greatness<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><em><strong> I have stopped buying expensive cosmetic products<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I used to use La Prairie for a while when they were in the $80 per bottle range. Their price has skyrocketed to $300 or more per bottle. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I don&#8217;t hate this brand, but I realized <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that they just want to make more and more money from their customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For me, I discovered that coconut oil, Vitamin E, and my own homemade serum take care of my skin just fine. I am so happy that I do not have to throw away my hard-earned money on something that does not have real long-term value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other uncostly alternatives you can turn to in order to have healthy and glowing skin are things like: :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Having 8 hours of sleep per night<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Drinking enough water every day<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Exercise consistently on a daily basis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Having an exciting goal to work on every day<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Being happy and grateful for everything you have<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5.\u00a0 I have stopped buying Starbucks coffee<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can easily spend $6.00 on a medium mocha loaded with fat and sugar. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you go to Starbucks, you probably will not order plain coffee. You will most likely buy flavored and sweet drinks. Though<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> $6 doesn\u2019t seem like much, over time it all adds up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average American spends about $1,500 per year on Starbucks coffee, which breaks down to roughly $125 a month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check out the list of your purchase every month on your credit card. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will be surprised to see how much you have spent on their drinks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <em><strong>\u00a06. I have stopped purchasing high maintenance items<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I used to go to a salon to dye my hair. It cost $50 minimum to color my hair and $25 to trim my hair, and plus tips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since Covid 19 began, I have learned to dye my hair at home and it only costs $8 per bottle. I never buy a new car<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you don&#8217;t buy a new car, it doesn&#8217;t mean that you do not drive a good and beautiful car. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I have never purchased a new car because it&#8217;s a waste of money. It costs so much and decreases in value the day you drive out of the dealership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My husband is always looking for a good used car to buy.
