You exercise 15 minutes a day; you called an old friend to say hi, you expressed appreciation to your husband and children, cheered up friends on Facebook when they are feeling down, or even learning something new each day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">You do not have to wait for somebody else to give you praise or a high five.
